Our manufacturing mainly takes place at our facilities in China where we have staff members placed to follow each stage of production. We focus on high quality manufacturing using only premium fabrics.

For most garments our minimum order quantity is 100 per style/colour with a mixture of sizes included. Some products such as seamless wear and organic cotton have higher minimum order quantities.

We can produce most types of clothing. We manufacture menswear, sportswear, womenswear, childrenswear, knitwear, seamless wear and some accessories. Our average sample time is 2-4 weeks and our average bulk order time is 4-8 weeks.

We take a lot of pride in our fabrics. We have access to many fabric suppliers that can source almost any fabric. We also travel to China every year to search for new fabrics so that we are always progressing. We have many fabrics at our Swansea HQ for clients to view in person. Get in touch with us if you have a specific fabric you would like to work with and we will look to source that for your production.

Sampling incurs a lot of expense from our side. We need to create the pattern/toil, purchase the fabric, have the art work screens set up and printed/stitched on to your sample and deliver it from our manufacturing facilities. The sample fees we charge reflects the costs we need to recover from this process.

A tech pack is ideal, but not essential. You should prepare as much information as possible such as mood boards or inspiration images along with an idea of the branding you want and to have your logos ready so we can get a full understanding of what you are looking to make. We offer both CAD design and Tech Pack design services if you do not already have these.

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards and paypal payments (with a 5% surcharge.) All payment details will be on our invoice. We offer no credit on orders, full payment must be made before delivering the garments. With any design services or samples, we need the full payment before starting. When a bulk order is placed, we require a 50% deposit to start, then the balance is due when the production has been finished and before we send you the garments.

We offer worldwide tracked delivery and we have clients all over the world using our services. We can deliver to many countries using DDP (delivered duties paid) delivery so that there are no additional charges for import tax.

Yes certainly. You can book an appointment at our UK head office in Swansea or schedule a phone or zoom consultation.

We do not offer white labelling. We are a clothing manufacturer and only offer full package production.

We do not manufacture any of our items inside the UK. Due to the higher costs when manufacturing inside the UK, this does not leave a lot of brands with the required margins to be a profitable business.

We send most of our samples by Fedex or DHL express. We work with various freight agents that offer flexibility for the delivery method of your bulk order. We can send your items by sea, truck, rail or air freight. Delivery for UK orders will normally be with DPD.

I am afraid not. We work with trusted fabric suppliers and do not offer a CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) service.

Yes we provide both of these as well as various other options for product finishing. We can also provide custom polybags, postage bags, woven patches, silicone patches, leather patches, metal badges and more.
